Shipping and Handling

We are constantly sourcing the best prices for shipping your items and seek to give you as broad a choice as it is possible without compromising the integrity and safety of your products. 


  • The cost of our International shipping is calculated by weight and the destination using real time rates from the different providers we use to ship our products. Our aim is to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

  • In our quest to provide you with the most efficient, secure, and cost effective way of shipping your products we are able to offer you the opportunity to choose one of the following shipping methods:

  1. EMS Express Courier - 5 - 7 business days

  2. ECO Post express delivery - 10 - 14 business days (available up to 2 kgs)

  3. Registered Air Mail - 14 - 21 business days

  • We are not able to guarantee the days the shipment will take. The length of time we post are the time frames given to us by the shipping companies however due to unforeseen circumstances like for example Customs spot checks, local and foreign holidays, and war shipments may be delayed a few days longer than what they should normally take. No refunds will be given for late deliveries unless the package is lost.

  • We are not able to take responsibility when orders have to be shipped to PO Boxes and in fact we would recommend that you use a physical address instead. Please be aware that we cannot ask the courier or mail man to leave goods outside your home or office. If they do we are unfortunately not able to take responsibility for the condition of the goods - nor their safe delivery.

  • We are not able to take any responsibility for any packages being held up at any custom offices around the world. Please be aware that, you the customer, is responsible for making any custom payments due in the country where you ask the goods to be delivered.

  • Please note that shipping costs for exchanges or refunds shall be paid by the customer.

  • If any of the goods being returned are damaged while on transit to us then you the customer will be responsible for meeting the cost of the damaged goods.

  • All products must be returned in their original package and be unopened and unused.

  • If your package is damaged while in transit to you then you will need to take a picture of the package and return it with an email to customerservice@thenewjerusalem.co

  • All exchanges and returns need to be made within 10 days of purchase and be unopened. If a return or an exchange is required after 10 days from the date of purchase it will be left to the discretion of The New Jerusalem whether to accept the return or make the exchange.

  • Please note that if there are any custom charges imposed on us because of goods that you are returning then these charges will be paid by you the customer. In order to avoid these charges please make sure that when you are returning anything to us you clearly mark on all the relevant forms and the box(es) “RETURNING/EXCHANGING GOODS” 

  • Due to the current situation we reserve the right to change packaging and/or the shape of the bottles without any prior notice.

  • We believe that when you purchase our products you will be more than satisfied with the finish quality. However if for some reason they fail to meet your expectations and you would like to return them then all you have to do is drop us an email to customerservice@thenewjerusalem.co stating the reason for wanting a refund.
